      British Embassy  have outsourced the visa submission and collection element to the application procedure, thus to submit an application you, or a person acting upon your behalf, must now visit one of four UK Visa Application Centres that have been opened across the country.

     The UK Visa Application Centres are officially authorised by the British Embassy in Russia to accept applications for all categories of visas.

UK Student Visa Application Documents for RUSSIAN Applicants

First of all you need to enrol for a language school,college or university in the UK and have these documents below

• An original letter of enrolment from the  language school,university, college or school in the United Kingdom confirming your acceptance on a course of study in the UK, with information detailing what the course is, how long it is for and the cost of the course. At the same time as you apply,you also need to submit a copy of the enrolment letter for UK Consulate records.They will return the original letter to you so that you can show it to the Immigration Authorities when you arrive in the UK.

    Those letters and all   necessary documents regarding your enrolment  in the UK will be mailed to you by Dunya Abroad Education Agency.

• At least six months valid passport.

• Completed  visa application form (VAF) – Dunya Abroad Education Representatives will provide you the form you can also download it through Russia UK Consular website.

     These rates apply from 01/04/2007. They may be varied at any time. Charges are non-refundable and may only be paid in cash Roubles only.  Credit cards and other forms of payment are not accepted. Whenever possible the cashier should be presented with the exact money.

• Evidence of  funds : Applicants have to prove they can afford their educational and living expenses in the UK.

Type A_If your current status is a high school,college or a university student in RUSSIA.

 Generally student parents’ provide the documents below.
.Recent bank statement or original bank account documents belongs to the applicant and one bank account document  belongs to his/her parents.

.If the student’s parents are self employed:
_Authorised and stamped copies  of the business registration documents stamped by the tax authorities and other business related documents.
_Company bank statements can be used.

.If the student’s parents are employees:
_A letter from the employer or from manager.This letter must be written in english language  including the dates of employment,monthly salary,position description.
_The bank account  for salary payments can be used as a proof of income.
_Any savings account documents from the bank.

Type B_If  your current status is employee in RUSSIA:
Your documents will be the same as the ones  listed above for self employed parents

Type C_If you are self employed,business owner in RUSSIA:
Your documents will be the same as the ones listed above for employee parents.

• Relevant diplomas or educational certificates which you hold and evidence of your studies in RUSSIA.
.GPA score records from your school in RUSSIA(The score itself doesn’t matter only as document you will need it).
.If you are currently not a student you can provide the documents from your last school you graduated.

*Fort the B and C type of applicants don’t have to provide  their parents’ documents except the house,car,company ownership documents of their parents.
 
*All the necessary employment letters,reference letters will be written by Dunya Abroad Education and you can take those letters to have the authorisation and satmp of your employer or school.
