      Community colleges costs much cheaper.They are like 2 year MSYO.To get this education,it's required to be graduated from high school.Community colleges just like universities requires english sufficiency test for acceptance,but it's not needed to get as higher scor as in the university.For instance it's adequate to get 450 points in TOEFL to enter most of the community colleges.
